My name is Sandra and I’m the Founding Director with over twenty-years’ experience working with Senior Leaders in multi-national companies around the Asia-Pacific Region and in the UK. Caretta offers a space for personal and professional enquiry through which people learn to engage with all aspects of their life and work, develop self-knowledge, resilience and the capacity and skills to influence their own experience and to solve problems.

The Caretta approach uniquely combines an experiential grounding in a gestalt-based approach to formative psychotherapy and coaching, with a sustained track record of achievement in international leadership consultancy, talent assessment and development. The services that we provide include Executive Coaching, Career Coaching, Counselling and Psychometric Assessment, all of which may be conducted individually and integrated into corporate learning and development solutions.
